Blake LeBlanc, LCSW-BACS - Chief Mental Health Director Louisiana DPS&C - Mr. LeBlanc will provide basic education on three groupings of disorders: mood, thought, and personality. Each will be discussed regarding symptoms, function, comprehension, engagement, crisis, and disease progression. We will also discuss mining resources such as LGEs, FQHCs, Crisis Receiving beds, and finding private providers on the insurance panel.
