                                Blake LeBlanc, LCSW-BACS - Chief Mental Health Director Louisiana DPS&C - Mr. LeBlanc will provide                                     basic education on three groupings of disorders: mood, thought, and personality. Each will be discussed                                      regarding symptoms, function, comprehension, engagement, crisis, and disease progression. We will also                                discuss mining resources such as LGEs, FQHCs, Crisis Receiving beds, and finding private providers on                                     the insurance panel.

                        Introduction to Restorative Justice – Issues covered during this session are often seen as polarizing and                                      sometimes difficult to discuss. This training encourages discussion and exposes participants to novel ways of                              addressing criminal justice concerns.
